There is no way to get in touch. The email is an automated loop. The voicemail picks up every time and there is no way to leave a message. You have my money and have not sent my product. Your email said I will get a refund in 3-5 days. It has been three weeks! This store deserves a quarter star rating.
They don't have a very large selection, but they can order stuff for you. If you're looking to get practice rounds they're over priced here, but they have a decent amount of hollow points/defense rounds available. Just wish they had a range.
Staff is friendly, knowledgeable. unfortunately, websales is a joke. i posted a review for websales on the new castle store separately because the guys at winchester try their hardest to help wherever they can, but their hands are tied in terms of web. Again, good store if you go in and purchase, will take the time to help you understand what you need, what you are buying and all equipment associated with it. will also take their time to explain everything you need to know before you make a purchase. very patient overall.
