Food is mediocre, buffet is poorly stocked, place is dirty.

This place sucked beyond belief. Service sucked and everything on buffet was cold. Nothing but children working. I recommend never eating at this establishment
Living the next town over, in Portland, we occasionally make the drive to Winchester for a change of scenery. We decided to eat at Chinese Buffet tonight. We've eaten here before and we have always been friendly with the small staff. This time, we were treated as if we were intruders. We were looked up and down and treated with the most unfriendly manner that I've ever experienced. There was so little food on the buffet that my husband decided to order off the menu. His food took 15 minutes to arrive (lo mein). She never offered drink refills or asked us if we needed anything. I, honestly, have no idea what we could have done to be treated in this manner as, she was smiling and friendly to other customers. We were dressed well/respectfully and paid with a generous tip, (against my wishes). When I quietly said that we were treated very rudely...the woman/owner 'snickered' at me. This is one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had in regards to the horrific customer service and the lack of food on the buffet. We will never, ever, ever go back.
The last time me and my family went to this establishment i found a dead cockroach in the wonton soup
