connection speeds are never even close to what they say they provide, lowest package says 2 Mbps upload/1 Mbps download when in reality its about 0.5 Mbps upload/0.2 download on average, and they wont do anything to fix it.

Absolutely horrible service. Anyone looking to get broadband stay away from this company, especially if you live in a rural area. Completely unstable connections during the times you would actually use the connection and only usable at very late hours e.g. 2-6 A.M.
