The best place for real homemade food..
Quaint lunch time restaurant that hast very good home cooked food.
My family and I went there last night for the first time. It was very busy because of home for Christmas. My husband and I ordered tenderloin sandwiches. After a very long wait they served them to us and told us they ran out of tenderloin so they cut one in half and would give us a free dessert. I did not say anything because I knew my husband would have a fit. But that did not suit me. Why not just give one person a sandwich and take off the price of the other sandwich or when they went to cook it come and tell us and ask us if we would like to order something different instead of just assuming we would be satisfied with that. So I took a bit to my sandwich and I get a whole mouthful of mustard, which I do not like. My husband ordered his with mustard am Mine without. Now you would think that if one sandwiche is ordered with mustard and one without that cutting a sandwich made with mustard in half and serving it to the two individuals that you would realize one person does not like mustard. My son and his family sitting with us still waiting on their order... this just really upset him even more because of the children being hungry and not got their meals yet ,went up to complain. They did send a manager to come and talk to us and what she did apologize and deducted the meals. But they should’ve use more communication with the customer and told us what was going on and asked if we wanted to order something else or if it would be OK to cut the sandwich and half not just assume. Our families first experience there and probably the last one.
